Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All products are shipped directly from our warehouse in California. Orders placed before 11 AM Pacific Time will be processed and shipped on the same business day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day.

Please note our warehouse is open 8 AM – 4 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


Changes & Cancellations

To ensure the fastest delivery possible, orders are marked for processing as soon as they are received. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check all information before finalizing your purchase.


Pre-orders

Occasionally, Beauty & Bliss offers pre-orders for highly anticipated items.

  • Availability: Estimated shipping times will be displayed on the product page.

  • Fulfillment: If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is available.

  • Note: We do not offer split shipping at this time.


Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order is processed and the label is issued. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.


Shipping in the U.S.

We provide Free Standard Ground Shipping (via USPS) on all orders over $50* to all U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, as well as American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • Orders under $50: A flat rate ground shipping fee of $6.95 applies.

  • Transit Time: Standard ground shipping typically takes 3–10 business days.

  • *Threshold applies after discounts/promotions and excludes taxes or gift card purchases.

Expedited U.S. Shipping Expedited shipping via UPS is available at checkout.

  • Fees: Calculated based on weight and destination.

  • Guarantees: The UPS Service Guarantee applies to UPS 2 Day Air and Next Day shipping options.

  • Cut-off: Orders received by 11 AM Pacific Time ship same-day; otherwise, they ship the next business day.


International Shipping

Beauty & Bliss is proud to offer international shipping via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

  • Costs: Shipping and import fees (customs duties, taxes, and fees) are calculated at checkout.

  • Transit Time: Generally takes 3–12 business days depending on the destination and service selected.

  • Excluded Regions: We currently do not ship to: Algeria, Argentina, Greece, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, Spain, Turkey, Uruguay, and Vietnam.

Important: We do not accept returns on international orders. Beauty & Bliss is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses or packages refused by Customs. Refunds are not issued for undeliverable international packages.


Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

Beauty & Bliss is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages handled by the postal service.

  • Undeliverable Packages: These will not be re-shipped. A refund (minus the shipping costs incurred) will be processed within 7 days of the package being returned to our warehouse.

  • Package Protection: We have partnered with SavedBy & REDO to offer extra peace of mind. If purchased at checkout, your order is protected from damage, loss, or theft.

    • Submit a claim via Redo [HERE] or SavedBy [HERE].


Issues with Your Order

  • Incorrect Item Shipped: If you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize! Please email us at hello@beautyandbliss.com for immediate assistance.

  • Damaged Item: If your product arrives damaged, please SAVE THE PACKAGE, PACKING MATERIALS, AND THE DAMAGED ITEM. Email us at hello@beautyandbliss.com right away.

    • If you purchased Package Protection, please submit your claim directly through Redo or SavedBy.
