Return Policy

General Returns

Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 30 days of your order delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, returned products must be new, unopened, and in their original condition. Any opened or used items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

To start a return:

  1. Email us at hello@beautyandbliss.com with your order number and the product(s) you’d like to return.

  2. We will provide you with specific shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number.

  3. Please note: Items returned without a Return Authorization Number are not eligible for a refund.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • All Sale items and Special Discount Offers.

  • Purchases made during Special Sales Events (including free shipping promotions, gift-with-purchase, pop-ups, etc.).

  • Package Protection fees.

Please review the parameters of any promotion carefully before completing your purchase.


Refund Process

Once we receive your return, it will undergo an inspection. Within 7 days of receipt, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

  • Refund Amount: Your refund includes the cost of the item plus applicable sales tax.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees and package protection fees are non-refundable.

  • Deductions: The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your total refund.

  • Timeline: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the credit to post to your account.


Free Shipping & Refused Shipments

  • Free Shipping Returns: If your order qualified for free shipping and you are returning a product for a reason other than a defect or a shipping error on our part, you are responsible for both the return shipping costs and the original shipping costs that were initially waived.

  • Refused Shipments: Shipments refused at the time of delivery will not be refunded.


International Returns

We do not accept returns on international orders. Beauty & Bliss is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping addresses or packages refused by the destination country's Customs office. Refunds are not issued for undeliverable international packages.


Return Abuse

We monitor return activity closely for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or refunds. Orders, returns, and/or refunds may be refused at the discretion of Beauty & Bliss.


Damaged Items

In the case of items damaged during shipping, please SAVE THE PACKAGE, PACKING MATERIALS, AND THE DAMAGED ITEM(S) and email us immediately at hello@beautyandbliss.com.
